Methodology

Based on industry best practices, our well-articulated methodology of Plan, Design, Build, and Deploy, enables organizations to achieve results quickly.

During any engagement, Venafi PS Consultants will ensure that the stakeholders have been sufficiently trained to support the implementation of Venafi products, and will help them develop support plans and other material to enable them to extract additional value from the investment.

Plan

Venafi PS Consultants help organizations identify the right stakeholders and develop a plan to provide guidance during the deployment. Venafi will work to identify the business drivers, link them to project goals and objectives, and highlight any critical success factors.

Design

Venafi PS Consultants will help design the certificate and key management infrastructure to best meet the organization’s needs and accomplish project objectives. Venafi will then apply industry best practices to design both the processes and technology infrastructure.

Build

Venafi PS Consultants will work side-by-side with the IT staff to install, configure, and test the encryption management processes and technology infrastructure. Venafi will use our experience working with large organizations across the globe to reduce the technical hurdles during the implementation and speed the initial build and test period.

Deploy

Venafi PS Consultants will assist in the initial deployment of the encryption management solution, providing step-by-step instructions on the most effective methods, positioning the organization to expand the management of encryption. Processes will be defined and implemented to ensure that as new certificates and keys are needed they are under management immediately, reducing risk and improving compliance.
