Venafi Professional Services (PS) has developed a set of service offerings based on the needs of our customer base. These service offerings are designed to address critical needs throughout the course of the IT project lifecycle.
During any engagement, Venafi PS Consultants will ensure that the stakeholders have been sufficiently trained to support the implementation of Venafi products, and will help them develop support plans and other material to enable them to extract additional value from the investment.

The first step of managing an organization’s enterprise encryption environment is to inventory the currently deployed encryption technologies.
Deployment JumpStart
Venafi PS will assist you in creating an inventory of a subset of your encryption technology and placing a portion of the systems under management.
KickStart Deployment
Venafi PS will go to a single customer location and install and configure Director, perform a targeted discovery, and place up to 25 systems under management.
Operational Workshop
Venafi PS will go to a single customer location and install and configure Director, perform a targeted discovery, and place up to 25 systems under management.
Server Deployment Standard
Venafi Professional Services will work with the customer to design, install, configure, and test the Director infrastructure and place systems under management.
