Venafi Inks Worldwide OEM Agreement with VeriSign

Enterprise Encryption Management Software from Venafi Allows VeriSign® Customers to Automate Discovery, Management, and Control of SSL Certificates

Venafi, a leading provider of Enterprise Encryption Management™ solutions, today announced it has signed a worldwide OEM agreement with VeriSign, Inc.® to offer a VeriSign-branded version of Venafi™ Server Encryption Manager to organizations seeking to automate certificate life-cycle tasks. VeriSign will offer its customers access to a customized version of Venafi Server Encryption Manager and will become a strategic sales channel for Venafi.
