What is a Certificate Issuance Workflow?
A Certificate Issuance Workflow is requesting, enrolling and retrieving a policy-enforced SSL/TLS certificate via the user interface, API or a DevOps integration.
Are you a reseller of certificates?
No. Venafi Cloud DevOpsACCELERATE does not resell certificates from certification authorities (CAs). Venafi Cloud DevOpsACCELERATE provides the ability to simplify and automate certain tasks for certificates that are purchased from third-party CAs, such as enrollment and renewal.
Will I be charged once I start a trial?
Absolutely not – no credit card is required to start a trial. We will only charge you when you decide to use DevOpsACCELERATE after you’ve completed your evaluation. Your free trial is valid for 30 days.
Can I extend my free trial?
We get it. Life and deadlines can get in the way of a good thing. We would be happy to extend your trial. If you need more time to complete your POC, contact us.
Can we have an unlimited number of users?
Absolutely! DevOpsACCELERATE is meant to be used by security, enterprise architects and development teams. Invite more users from the User Management page. The more the merrier!
Can we have an unlimited number of Projects and Zones?
Yes! We encourage you to organize certificate issuance by application and environment. Projects usually represent applications and Zones represent environments (dev, test, prod).
Is it free to use the built-in certification authority?
Certificates issued from the DevOpsACCELERATE built-in certification authority (CA) are always free. However, once you start your subscription, certificates from the built-in CA count toward your total Certificate Issuance Workflows.
